Two cases of BNBM Waterproof have been selected for the list of typical cases of the "Three Products" in the building materials industry for 2024.
Recently, the list of typical cases for the "Three Products" initiative in the building materials industry for 2024 was made public. The "Typical Case of Research and Application of High Weather Resistance and Heat Insulation Waterproof Coatings" of BNBM Waterproof was selected as a typical case for "Increasing Product Variety", and the "Typical Case of Brand Building of BNBM Waterproof" was selected as a typical case for "Creating Brands".
The "Three Products" typical cases in the building materials industry are a review activity organized by the China Building Materials Federation under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to implement the "Three Products" Implementation Plan for the Raw Materials Industry. The activity aims to leverage the exemplary role of outstanding enterprises, focusing on the three directions of "increasing varieties", "improving quality", and "creating brands", to cultivate a batch of strong demonstration cases that are replicable and scalable, and to promote the green, low-carbon, safe and high-quality development of the building materials industry. Through procedures such as unit application and expert review, a total of 7 outstanding "increasing varieties" typical cases, 4 "improving quality" typical cases, and 3 "creating brands" cases were selected within the industry for the year 2024.
As the "wing of waterproofing" in the "one body with two wings" strategy of New Building Materials, BNBM Waterproof has gone through a period of adjustment and reform. With outstanding service quality, it has enhanced the BNBM brand, and with a complete brand matrix, it has continuously improved its business capabilities and quality, contributing to the further increase in the brand value of BNBM Materials.
In terms of product innovation: BNBM Waterproof has promoted technological innovation, seized the "high ground" of development, and successfully developed high-performance, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly waterproof materials. It has actively explored new scenarios and applications for waterproofing, launched a series of innovative waterproof system solutions, and continuously improved the reliability and durability of waterproofing projects. As of now, BNBM Waterproof has obtained 562 valid national patents; drafted and participated in the compilation of 149 national, industry, local, and group standards for waterproof materials; and been awarded 11 high-tech enterprises, 11 provincial and municipal-level technology research centers, 6 national and provincial-level green factories, and 10 specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises.
