Otai & China Railway Materials Group Carry Out Technical Communication

On September 6th , 2018, more than 30 people from branches of China Railway Materials Group (CRM) come to study and exchange waterproof technology in Tianjin Binhai Otai Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. .Mr. Xiao led the senior management team of Otai warmly welcomed the leaders and marketing team of China Railway Materials Group.

 

 

On behalf of CRM, director of marketing department -Mr.Gao introduced the purpose and team composition of this visit, and hoped that everyone would cherish the opportunity of learning and communication.He said that this visit and study is an important measure to implement the strategic cooperation between the two sides.

 

 

Zhang Feng -general manager of Binhai Otai made a speech and presentation .From the history of Chinese building waterproof materials;the core competitiveness of Otai ;Product integration of Otai ;the supporting system of Otai to the directional application of polymer waterproof material.Which well combined with the building hot spots such as assembly building, sponge city and integrated pipe gallery, explains in details and comprehensively the wide application field of polymer waterproof material in metal enclosure single roof, planting roof, underground space and other aspects. 

 

 

Otai vice general manager -Mr. Yao Shangqing made a comparison respectively from the traditional waterproofing materials and high polymer waterproofing materials; common root puncture resistant waterproofing materials and TPO/PVC/HDPE root puncture resistant waterproofing materials; polymer waterproofing materials and SBS/APP modified asphalt waterproofing materials .Which includes the service life, safety, and systemic contrast and analysis of cost performance.

 

 

Then ,CRM communications team watched the Otai application technology  ,production workshop, R&D center,  manufacturing process and environmental protection measures.
