On March 8 2021, Xiao Laixuan, Chairman of Tianjin Binhai OTAi Waterproof Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin OTAi"), accompanied with Li Lixin, General Manager, Wang Dazhi, Deputy General Manager of the engineering company, and Wang Zhaochong, Technical Director, went to Tianjin FAW Toyota New Energy Plant construction project (hereinafter referred to as "FAW Toyota Project"), meanwhile, they had a talk with Shun Sato, Director of FAW Toyota Project, and Atsushi Shimada, Director of Civil Engineering.
These two parties discussed four major aspects of the cooperation project:

- Construction progress of waterproof engineering

- Protection plan for finished waterproof engineering
Tianjin OTAi is responsible for the material supply and installation construction of TPO waterproof system in FAW Toyota Project’s battery workshop, painting workshop, supervision workshop, inspection workshop, welding workshop and stamping workshop. The total project area is about 150,000 square meters.
Chairman Xiao Laixuan and his entourage accompanied the leaders of FAW Toyota Project to the construction site for inspection and technical exchanges.
The negotiation achieved good results and laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.
